加减保真汤配合抗痨强化期治疗复治菌阳肺结核的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察加减保真汤配合抗痨强化期治疗复治菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法:选取100例肺结核病复治菌阳性患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予四联治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加用加减保真汤,观察治疗结果。结果:治疗组痰菌转阴情况、X线病灶吸收情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加减保真汤配合抗痨强化期治疗复治菌阳肺结核,能够提高痰转阴率和病灶吸收率。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the modified Baozhen decoction plus the anti-turbeculosis intensive treatment on treating tuberculosis. Methods： 100 cases of the retreatment TB bacteria-positive were randomly divided into the treated and the control group, 50 patients in the control group were given quadruple therapy, the treated group on the basis of this, plus the addition and subtraction fidelity decoction, observation and treatment results. Results： Treated group sputum negative, X-ray absorption of lesions was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Subtraction the fidelity decoction with the anti-tuberculosis strengthen the period of treatment retreatment sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis, sputum negative conversion rate and focus absorption rate can be improved.
