摘　　要：加强南海方向战略投送能力建设，对于维护我国领海完整和保护南海权益具有重要作用与意义。在分析南海方向战略投送特点和要求、能力建设现状的基础上，重点围绕战略投送力量、基础设施、体制机制等方面，提出加强南海方向战略投送能力建设的对策。To strengthen the strategic projection capacity in South China Sea ,which has the important effects and meaning to maintain the full integrity of marginal sea and protect the rights and interests of South China Sea. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of South China Sea enclosed the strategic projection forces ,fundamental establishments, system and mechanism based on the analysis of the characteristics and requests, construction actuality of strategic projection capacity in South China Sea.
