摘　　要：为适应战争形态演变，加快转变战斗力生成模式，按照信息化条件下装备保障训练的新要求，部队装备文化建设必须有其崭新形态、承担新的使命，必须围绕建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争目标，为战斗力充实新内涵、再构新结构、谋求新增长提供战略牵引、价值支撑和不竭动力。To promote generative mode of force transformation to adopt the development of war pattern, according to the new demand of equipment support training under information condition, this paper puts forward that force equipment culture con- struction should round constructing the information army and win the information war to provide the strategy guide, value support and continuous power.
