摘　　要：我军优良传统是我军特有的政治优势和精神品质，其本身具有很强的对外宣传价值。在对外宣传工作中，要注意加强话语建构，并通过利用全媒体平台、拓展民间对话和深化隐性渗透等路径，提升我军对外宣传工作的实效性。The fine traditions of Chinese army have unique political advantage and spiritual quality, which has a strong pub- licity value. In external propaganda,this paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of discourse,through the use of the media platform, expands private conversation and deepens recessive penetration to improve actual effect of Chinese army external propaganda.
