摘　　要：以江苏省的公共服务水平为研究对象,选取了影响公共服务水平的11个代表性的指标,借助于SPSS统计软件,提出利用因子分析的方法对江苏省各地区的公共服务水平进行综合评价分析,并给出相应的对策及建议:加快地区经济发展,提高硬实力;规范财政转移支付制度,完善政府收入分配机制;确保公共服务信息的公开透明。Aiming at the public service level of Jiangsu province, it selects 11 representative indicators which influence public service level, presents a method of factor analysis to evaluate the public service level in Jiangsu province with the aid of SPSS statistical software, and puts forward some suggestions. The suggestions include accelerating the regional economic development, improving hard power, regulating the financial transfer payment system, improving the distribution mechanism of the government income and ensuring public service information open and transparent.
