摘　　要：介绍在大型磷酸二铵装置上实行磷酸二铵与粒状磷酸一铵在线双向快速切换生产的操作方法;阐述管式反应器的操作与控制方式及吹扫、在线酸洗等延长管式反应器运行周期的维护方法,以保持其优良的造粒性能。The operation method of switching production introduced; The operation and control mode as well of DAP and GMAP in large-scale DAP plant is as the maintenance methods of pipe reactor to prolong operation cycle including blowing, washing with acid for good granulation performance are discussed.
