摘 要:目的:通过观察功能性消化不良患者的临床表现以及血浆、胃黏膜Ghrelin表达的变化,探讨加味四磨汤对FD的干预作用及可能的作用机制。方法:60例功能性消化不良患者,予加味四磨汤干预4周。记录临床症状变化;应用ELISA技术及免疫组化SABC法分别检测血浆及胃黏膜Ghrelin表达的变化。结果:加味四磨汤临床总有效率为64.28%,临床痊愈12例,显效16例,有效8例,无效20例。经予加味四磨汤干预后,患者Ghrelin血浆含量及胃黏膜表达呈上升变化,较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味四磨汤对功能性消化不良有明显的疗效,其机制可能与促进Ghrelin分泌相关。Objective: To discuss the mechanism of jiawei simo decoction modified on functional dyspepsia by observing its effects on clinical manifestations and the expression of ghrelin in plasma and gastric mucosa of functional dyspepsia patients. Methods: 60 cases with functional dyspepsia were treated with simo decoction modified for 4 weeks,the clinical manifestations of patients were recorded before and after treated 1,2,and 4 weeks,ghrelin expression changes in plasma and gastric mucosa of functional dyspepsia patients were determined by ELISA method and immunohistochemical method. Results: The total effective rate of simo decoction modified treating functional dyspepsia was 64. 28% ,12 cases were cured,the clinical manifestations of patients were obviously improved after treated with simo decoction modified. Plasma ghrelin content in functional dyspepsia patients was increased after treating with simo decoction,ghrelin expression in gastric mucosa were raised significantly after treated,there was significant difference between before and after treated(P<0.05) . Conclusion: Simo decoction modified can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of functional dyspepsia patients,which was related to promoting ghrelin expression.
