摘 要:综述了常见的SPECT衰减校正方法,包括前、后校正法,本征法和迭代法。简要介绍了各种方法的基本原理并对各种方法的特点作了分析比较。从校正后图像的噪声特性、失真度、方法的运算速度及适用于何种脏器的重建等方面作了有关阐述。有助于系统理解不同的衰减校正方法,也对SPECT临床应用选择适当的衰减校正方法有所帮助。This article is a review of different methods for attenuation correction in SPECT. The methods include pre processing and post processing methods, intrinsic methods and iterative methods. The basic principles of these methods are described and particular attention is paid to the characteristics of each method and the differences between each other. It is also presented in what condition each method is more suitable to be applied. These should be helpful for correctly selecting an attenuation correction method in practical use. Also it provides a clear image to understand those seemingly different methods.
