摘  要:分析无角陶赛特羊和地方绵羊品种的遗传多样性及亲缘关系,以期为种质资源合理利用和保护提供理论依据。利用5个微卫星标记分析5个绵羊品种的遗传结构变异,根据等位基因组成及频率进行了群体遗传统计分析。结果表明:5个微卫星座位在5个绵羊品种中共检测到77.0个等位基因,各位点的等位基因数(Na)10.0~20.0个;5个绵羊品种平均多态信息含量(PIC)0.6152~0.737 3,平均基因杂合度(He)0.671 1~0.782 0。无角陶赛特羊与广灵大尾羊的标准遗传距离(DS)最大(0.6631),其余依次为晋中绵羊(0.6400)、乌珠穆沁羊(0.3712)、小尾寒羊(0.3352)。说明5个微卫星座位均为高度多态位点,可作为有效遗传标记用于绵羊品种的遗传多样性及品种间遗传关系分析;5个绵羊品种在5个微卫星位点遗传变异大、多态性丰富。据DS推测,无角陶赛特羊与广灵大尾羊杂交可望获得较大的杂种优势,与晋中绵羊的杂种优势次之,与乌珠穆沁羊的杂种优势较小,与小尾寒羊的杂种优势最小。In order to investigate the genetic diversity and kinship between Poll Dorset and local sheep breeds and provide a theory basis for proper germplasm resource protection and utilization, the population genetics was statistically analyzed basing on the allel composition and frequency of 5 microsatellite markers in 5 sheep breeds.The results showed that 77 alleles were detected totally in 5 microsatellite loci of the 5 breeds and each locus harbored 10-20 alleles; the average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.615 2-0.737 3, the average gene heterozygosity (He) was 0.671 1-0.782 0; the standard genetic distances (DS) of Poll Dorset with Guangling large-tailed sheep, Jinzhong sheep, Ujumqin sheep and Smalltailed Han sheep were 0.663 1,0.640 0,0.371 2 and 0.335 2 respectively. It indicated that all of the 5 microsatellite loci were highly polymorphic and could be used as effective genetic mark for analysis of genetic diversity and kinship of sheep breeds. In addition, according the DS, the hybrid superiority of Poll Dorset with local sheep breeds could be predicted.
