摘  要:采用ANDERSEN-6级空气微生物样品收集器在6个牛舍(A、B、C、D、E、F)空气中收集微生物气溶胶。通过对牛舍环境中微生物气溶胶含量的检测及其在ANDERSEN六级采样器上的分布规律,推断其对饲养员及牛体自身可能造成的危害。结果表明:牛舍环境中微生物气溶胶粒子浓度较高,而且大部分粒子的空气动力学直径较小,更容易进入呼吸道深部;牛舍内气载需氧菌含量在牛舍D内最高,为4.19×105CFU/m3,牛舍C内含量最低,为8.90×104CFU/m3,且6个牛舍内需氧菌含量之间差异均不显著(P>0.05),但是,牛舍D和E中可吸入需氧菌含量与其他牛舍之间差异显著(P<0.05)。Air samples indoor and outdoor of 6 cow houses were collected using six-stage Andersen microbial sampler for detecting the concentrations of microbiological aerosol and their distribution in each stage of Andersen sampler,and the possibly damage to animal and farm workers. The results showed that the concentrations of microbiological aerosol in cow hcuses were more higher, and the aerodynamic diameters of most particulate matter (PM) were very small (〈2.5 υm). So, these PM could penetrate into the lower respiratory tract easily. The highest concentration of airborne aerobic bacteria was 4.19 x 105 CFU/m^3 in cow house D; the lowest was 8.90 x 104 CFU/m^3 in cow house E. In addition, there was no significant difference (P〉0.05) in the airborne aerobic bacteria concentrations among the 6 cow houses. But, the concentrations of respirable airborne aerobic bacteria in cow house D and E were significantly higher than those of other cow houses (P〈0.05).
