摘  要:轧钢加热炉的燃烧质量不仅影响着加热炉的燃耗,对加热质量和环保也有很大影响。从加热方式上看,换热与蓄热燃烧对燃烧质量有着明显的不同,哪种燃烧方式有利于改善燃烧质量,文章从理论上进行了分析,并结合实际工业应用得出,蓄热燃烧在燃烧质量与环保上是一种存在严重问题的燃烧方式。The steel rolling heating furnace combustion quality not only affects the furnace fuel consumption, but also has great effect on the heating quality and environmental protection. From the heating method, the heat exchange combustion and regenerative combustion have significantly different effect on the combustion quality. Which kind of combustion mode is favorable to improve the combustion quality was analyzed theoretically, and combining the practical industrial application we can know that the regenerative combustion is a kind of combustion mode has serious problems in the combustion quality and environmental protection.
