摘  要:蜂胶含有多种有效生物活性成分,具有良好的免疫辅助效果和调节机体免疫系统的功效。B淋巴细胞的抗体分子在合成、储存和分泌的过程中存在多种调节机制,其中IgM在细胞过程中与细胞内高尔基体微管蛋白tubulin有着不可分割的联系,tubulin的活化状态决定IgM的出胞活动的方向和速率,IgM代谢分解循环通路和代谢速率影响着IgM的分泌表达程度。在此基础上,从信号转导机制入手探讨在蜂胶作用的IgM的激活机制,并可以通过多重荧光染色技术追踪此信号通路在蜂胶作用下的IgM的代谢分解和循环过程,将为蜂胶免疫调控机制的解析提供新的理论依据和分子生物学基础。Propolis contains a variety of effective biological ingredients, which have the good auxiliary effect on immune and regulation of the immune system. The antibody molecules of B-lymphocyte have many regulation mechanism in the process of synthesis. storage and secretion. IgM is inextricably linked with the intracellular golgiosome microtubulin in the process of exocytosis. The activation state of tubulin determines the direction and rate of IgM in exocytosis activity. The metabolism decomposition cycle path and metabolic rate of IgM affects the secretion degree of IgM. On this basis, the IgM activation mechanism in the presence of propolis can be explored through inquiring the signal pathway of IgM metabolic decomposition and recycling process by multiplex fluorescence staining technique, which will provide novelty molecular biology basis and great theoretical significance for elucidating the immune regulation mechanism of propolis as efficient immune ad,iuvant.
