摘　　要：针对集成电路加工制造行业数据集成问题,提出一种基于ETL技术和SQL结合的技术方案,作为该问题的解决方法。结合国内某集成电路加工制造公司的实际业务需要,对该技术方案进行验证,验证结果表明该技术方案可以有效解决集成电路数据集成问题。For integrated circuit manufacturing industry data integration issues, proposed technical solution based on the combination of ETL and SQL, as the solution of the problem. Based on the actual business needs of the domestic IC manufacturing company, verify the technolo-gy program, validation results showed that the technical solution can effectively solve the integrated circuit data integration issues.
