摘 要:本文参照当前国内外常用导则给出的估算事故扩散因子的模式 ,提出了一套估算事故冲洗因子的确定论模式与概率论模式 ,并根据我国东部某待建滨海核电厂址的实测气象资料 ,分别估算了事故后各时段 (0~ 8h、8~ 2 4 h、1~ 4 d和 4~ 30 d)的冲洗因子 (确定论模式 )和事故概率冲洗因子以及相应的沉积外照射剂量。结果表明 ,对事故后 0~ 8h时段而言 ,由确定论模式给出的冲洗沉积外照射有效剂量分别为相应的干沉积外照射有效剂量和总有效剂量 (未包括冲洗沉积 )的 55%和 2 2 % ;而由概率论模式给出的上述比值分别为 5.7和 2 .3倍。由此可见 ,对该滨海核电厂址应该考虑冲洗沉积外照射剂量的贡献。A set of deterministic and probabilistic models to estimate the accident washout factor are set up based on the models of accident dispersion factor given by current guides. The deterministic washout factor for different time interval after accident release, the accident probabilistic washout factor and the dose corresponding to deposition pathway are estimated based on the measured meteorological data on the site of a coastal nuclear power plant to be built in the east part of China. The result shows that: the external exposure dose from washout deposition given by deterministic model is about 55% and 21% of those from dry deposition and effective dose respectively during 0 to 8 h after accident release, the ratios of external exposure dose from washout to dry deposition and effective dose in the same time interval given by probabilistic model is 5.73 times and 2.29 times respectively. Therefore, the contribution from external exposure dose of washout deposition should be considered for a coastal site of nuclear power plant. (
