摘　　要：金融危机使各国经济遭受到了沉重的打击,金融体系遭到严重破坏,银行体系风险逐步暴露。加强银行业流动性监管已成为国际金融监管的新趋势。本文分析了我国中小商业银行自2008年以来的流动性状况,指出了影响流动性的因素,并提出了防范流动性风险的对策。The financial crisis seriously stroke the economy of every country,the financial system was heavily damaged,the risks of banking system gradually exposed.Strengthening the liquidity of banking supervision has become the new trend of international financial supervision.This article analyzes the small and medium-sized commercial banks liquidity situation since 2008,points out the influence factor of liquidity,and puts forward the Preventive Countermeasures of liquidity risk.
