摘　　要：矿区为人类生存与发展提供矿产资源的同时,也是受人类干扰破坏程度最大的区域之一,建设矿区生态文明,推进人与自然的协调发展,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文提出了建设矿区生态文明的具体目标,并构建了矿区生态文明考评体系,以系统论、可持续发展理论、协同论及科学发展观为理论基础,系统科学地提出了矿区生态文明建设的政策建议。Mining area provides mineral resources for human survival and development,but it is One of the biggest areas of damage by human interference.Ecological civilization construction have important academic and practice value to achieve coordinated development between man and nature.This paper proposed particular objective and rating system of ecological civilization construction of mining area.The end of this text is put forward the policy and suggestion to ecological civilization construction of mining area based on Systems theory synergetic and scientific development.
