摘 要:提出了一种基于专家系统的继电保护故障信息综合分析新技术。以单台保护设备的启动量数量作为设备是否发生一次故障的判断准则,该判据建模简单,适应性强;以电压跌落水平为关键故障录波文件的筛选判据,实现故障录波文件的自动判断;采用递归的故障信息综合分析策略,保证了推理结果的快速性与完备性。在安徽电网继电保护故障信息系统的应用结果证实了该方法的有效性。作为一种继电保护故障信息综合分析技术,具有较强的工程应用价值。A new approach for fault information analysis of relay protection based on expert system is proposed. It adopts the protection startup numbers of the single protection device as the criterion of identifying the grid fault, which is simple and has strong adaptability. The level of voltage sag is used to search for the kernel fault recorder documents, which realizes the automatic identification of the fault recorder documents. The recursive strategy for fault synthetic analysis of grid relay protection is applied to gain the evaluation results, which ensures the rapidity and completeness of this method. The application results in Anhui electric power relay protection and fault information system show its effectiveness. The algorithm as a fault synthetic analysis tool can be applied to a wide range of engineering domains.
