摘　　要：近期外商投资增长的主要原因 :我国政府进一步加强立法 ,不断完善外商投资环境 ;经济发展速度较高 ;调整经济结构 ,日益扩大开放领域。近期外商投资负增长的主要原因 :吸引外商投资政策有待完善 ;客观经济仍存在一些弊端 ;我国政府的某些政策限制了外商投资 ;The primary reasons for foreign tradesmen investment increase short-term:Our government has strengthened legislation and has perfected constantly investment environment for foreign tradesmen.The speed of economic development is high.The govemment also adjusts economic structure and enlarges the open field increasingly.The primary reasons for foreign tradesmen investment negative increase short-term:The policy attracting foreign tradesmen investment need consummation.Objective economy still has some disadvantages.Some policies of our government limit foreign tradesmen investment.Export can't carry out complete drawback.
