摘　　要：建设现代大学制度是当前中国高等教育改革的关键性议题。中国现代大学制度的建设方式独具特色。具体而言,它按照自上而下的方式设置建设议程,沿用中体西用的方式获取建设资源,通过多元力量的复杂博弈推进建设进程,并遵循返本开新的路径逐渐调整建设方式。中国大学制度的建设方式与中国高等教育的发展模式密切相关、整体契合。The construction of modern university system is one of key topics in Chinese higher education, and it has its own characteristics in practice. Concretely speaking,its agenda building is from top to bottom, its gaining resource way is basically Chinese Body-and Western-Usage, its construction process is going on with the game of multiple stakeholders, and its construction way gradually has new symptoms of returning to the original and creating the new. The construction style of the modern university system is related to the development model of Chinese higher education, so it has strong driving force.
