摘 要:采用甲醇回流法分别对1 a内每月采集的12组紫丁香树皮和树枝样品进行提取,制备提取物,并通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析其中丁香苦苷、橄榄苦苷和丁香苷的质量分数。结果表明:紫丁香树皮和树枝中同时含有大量的丁香苦苷、橄榄苦苷和丁香苷,并且三者的变化规律基本相同,在每年3月份时紫丁香树皮中3种成分的质量分数都达到最高,其中,干燥树皮中丁香苦苷、橄榄苦苷和丁香苷的质量分数分别为4.2、21.6和3.9 mg/g;干燥树枝中质量分数分别为1.1、5.7和2.2 mg/g。An experiment was conducted to collect the bark and branch of Syringa oblate as samples consecutively from January to December. The individual plant sample was extracted from refluxing methanol and 24 extracts were prepared. The samples were analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The data show that the contents of syringopicro- side, oleuropein and syringing in all bark and branch samples are quite high. The changing trends of the three natural product contents are similar, and reach the highest in March, 4.2%. 21.6% and 3.9% in the dry barks, and 1.1%, 5.7% and 2.2% in the dry branch, respectively.
