摘  要:结合森林公安系统委托办理的偷盗古树案件,以涉案的3株海螺望春花(Magnolia denudate cv.Hailuo)为对象,根据其特征性木材构造之轴向薄壁组织进行生长轮界定,通过生长轮宽度测试及单位长度生长轮数推算了3株树木的树龄。结果表明:采集于同一山场的3株树木生长轮宽度变化趋势基本一致,但统计分析表明1号树与2号、3号树之间存在显著差异。3株树树龄分别为(150±10)、(155±10)、(130±10)a,均达三级古树标准,此案可依据《安徽省古树名木保护条例》对涉案人进行相应处理。Combined with the delegation by the forest police about the stealing of ancient trees, three trees of Magnolia denudate cv. Hailuo were investigated to identify the growth rings by the characteristics of axial parenchyma and calculate the age by the width and the number of growth rings in one unit. The trends of growth rings width are basically the same in the same plantation. However, statistical analysis shows there is significant difference between No. 1, and No. 2 and 3. All of them reach ancient tree standard of three-level with the age of 150±10, 155±10 and 130±10 years, respectively. Therefore, the people involved can be taken in response according to the Conservation Regulation of Ancient and Rare Trees in Anhui Province.
