摘 要:以广州地区野外引种及已引种驯化成功的鸭跖草科和景天科8种屋顶绿化植物为试材,采用电导率法并结合Logistic方程,计算出8种植物的高温半致死温度,比较其耐热性强弱,为其在广州地区屋顶绿化中的应用提供理论依据。结果表明:8种植物经过梯度高温处理后,处理温度与细胞伤害率之间呈"S"型曲线,经显著性检验,符合Logistic方程。根据公式计算得出8种植物的高温半致死温度分别为:牛轭草60.90℃、小蚌兰59.13℃、佛甲草57.07℃、紫竹梅55.95℃、中华景天55.23℃、凹叶景天54.60℃、东南景天54.08℃、华南铺地锦竹草53.05℃,其耐热性强弱为:牛轭草>小蚌兰>佛甲草>紫竹梅>中华景天>凹叶景天>黄花景天>华南铺地锦竹草,从耐热性角度考虑,筛选出的8种植物在广州地区屋顶绿化中应用成功率较高。Taking 8 species of Sedium and Commelinaceae plants by wild-introduction and artificial screening in Guangzhou area as test materials,the heat tolerance of eight plants were measured by electrical conductivity method and Logistic equation,in order to provide theoretical foundation for roof-green in Guangzhou area.The results showed that the relationship between the temperature for leaf treatment of eight species and the relative electricity conductivity varied in the 'S' curve model,which was accorded with Logistic equation proved by significance test calculated with the formulas,the half lethal temperatures of the eight species were Murdannia loriformis 60.90℃;Tradescantia spathacea 59.13℃;Sedum lineare 57.07℃;Setcreasea purpurea 55.95℃;Sedum polytrichoides 55.23℃;Sedum emarginatum 54.60℃;Callisia repens 53.05℃.According to the heat-tolerance,the article inquiried into the successful possibolity of the eight species in Guangzhou region.
