摘 要:以氨基和聚醚改性有机硅为例,研究了有机硅柔软剂对织物去污性能的影响,考察了织物表面能、织物表面硅含量、有机硅与织物及污渍的结合等因素对织物去污指数的影响。结果表明,织物经氨基改性有机硅处理后,其去污指数有所下降,疏水性增强,表面能降低,且表面硅含量相对较多,有机硅耐洗性较高;织物经聚醚改性有机硅处理后,其去污指数有所改善,亲水性增强,表面能提高,表面硅含量相对较少,有机硅的耐洗性较差。Taking amino modified silicone and polyether modified silicone as examples, effect of silicone softeners on fabric detergency performance were studied. Effect of factors such as fabric surface energy, content of silicon at surface of the fabric, combination state of the silicone and the fabric as well as combination state of the silicone and the soil et al on detergency index of the fabrics were examined. Results showed that:fabrics treated with amino modified silicones display lower detergency index, reinforced hydrophobicity, reduced surface energy, comparatively higher silicon content at the surface of fabric and higher wash fastness of the silicone on the fabric;while fabrics treated with polyether modified silicone display improved detergency index, higher hydrophilicity,increased surface energy, comparatively lower silicon content at the surface of the fabric and lower wash fastness.
