摘  要:选取4种不同的马来酸酐共聚物作为改性剂,在转矩流变仪中与尼龙(PA)6熔融共混,考察了共聚物用量对PA6流变性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,共聚物与PA6发生了化学反应,共混物的扭矩值均比纯PA6和纯共聚物高,随着共聚物含量的增加,扭矩值逐渐增加,达到某一含量时有最大值,再继续增加时,扭矩变小。共聚物种类不同时,达到最大值不同,所需用量也不同。引入共聚物后,共混物中PA6的结晶度降低。用量和共聚物种类对PA6结晶度的影响不同。Four kinds of maleic anhydride copolymer were melt-blended with polyamide(PA)6 in Haake rheometer. Influence of copolymer content on rheological properties of blends and crystallization of PA6 were investigated. The results show that the blends have higher balanced torque than either of the components, which comfirms a chemical reaction occures between PA6 and copolymer. With the increasement of copolymer content, the balanced torque value of the blends increase gradually. A maximun torque values of the blends are observed when the content of copolymer reaches a certain value. And the torque value decreases with excessive introduction of copolymer. Different maximun torque values are observed with different copolymer at different copolymer content. The crystallinity of PA6 in blends decreases with the introduction of copolymer. The varities and content of different copolymer show different effect on the crystallization of PA6.
