摘  要:出油座的注塑模采用一模一腔,辅助顶出杆脱模结构。为解决滑块在脱模过程中与直径为4 mm孔的型芯发生干涉问题,设计了一边滑块用斜导柱抽芯,另一边滑块采用液压缸控制分型和闭合的结构。经生产实践验证,模具结构合理,出油座质量稳定,满足用户的要求。In injection mold design of oil seat, cavity structure and auxiliary ejector demoulding structure were adopted. In order to solve the interference between the slider in the demolding process and the core with diameter of 4 mm hole, the structure of slider on the side with the slanted guide pillar core-pulling and slider on the other side with the hydraulic cylinder controlling it parting and closing was designed. Through production practice, the mold structure is reasonable, the quality of oil seat is stable, and can meet the requirements of the customers.
