摘  要:探索在复合载体中添加粉煤灰、麸皮,活性炭制备固定化小球,通过包埋铁锰氧化细菌(节杆菌),用于处理含铁锰的原水,并以水体中铁锰去除率为指标考察影响铁锰去除的各种因素,通过试验优化了固定化小球的制备条件。结果表明,当菌体含量70 g/L,粉煤灰20 g/L,活性炭粉30 g/L,麸皮10 g/L,在此条件下制作的固定化小球作用于Mn2+、Fe2+质量浓度分别为30 mg/L、100 mg/L的原水,2 d后铁去除率为100%,7 d锰去除率为99.02%,显示出较好的除铁锰性能。固定化小球去除铁锰的较适宜pH为7,增加小球用量可进一步提高铁锰去除率。在一定范围内,提高Fe2+初始浓度可促进锰的去除。The immobilized beads were prepared by addition of fly ash, bran and activated carbon in composite carriers. The immobilized beads embedded the ferro-manganese oxidizing bacteria (arthrobacter echigonensis) for treatment of wastewater containing high-concentration of Fe, Mn. Influencing factors of iron and manganese removal in wastewater were studied by using removal rate as indicator. The process conditions for preparing the immobilized beads were optimized based on tests. The results showed that the optimum ratio of raw materials for preparing the immoblized beads was briefly described as follows: ferro-manganese oxidizing bacteria was 70 g/L, fly ash was 20 g/L, activated carbon was 30 g/L and bran was 10 g/L. The immobilized beads were used to treat the wastewater containing Mn^2+ and Fe^2+ with the initial concentration of 30 mg/L and 100 mg/L, respectively. After 2 days, the Fe^2+ removal rate was 100%, and the Mn^2+ removal rate was 99.02% in 7 days, which revealed that the immobiliezed beads have good performance for iron and manganese removal. Meanwhile, the appropriate pH value for iron and manganese removal was 7, and the iron and manganese removal rate increased with increasing the immobilized beads content. Increase of initial Fe^2+ concentration could improve the Mn^2+ removal within limits.
