摘 要:采用"曝气微电解-曝气自絮凝沉淀法"处理高铅锌含量冶炼烟气制酸废水,研究了微电解进水pH、铁炭质量比、HRT、絮凝pH、絮凝曝气时间等反应条件对废水中铅、锌等离子去除率的影响,并用电镜扫描(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)分析了铁炭表面反应机理和絮凝体特点。结果表明,在其优化条件微电解进水pH为3、铁炭质量比为2:1、HRT为40 min,絮凝pH为9、絮凝曝气时间为90 min时,废水中Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、F-和总As的总去除率分别达到99.91%、97.64%、99.83%、99.78%、98.30%、98.92%,均达到GB 8978-1996中的一级排放标准要求。In present research, the smelting acid wastewater, which contained high concentrations of lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn), was treated by the method of Aerated micro-electrolysis-Aerated self-floceulation. The effect of reaction conditions (including the pH of inflow wastewater, mass ratio of Fe to C, hydraulic retention time, pH of flocculation and aeration time of flocculation) on the removal efficiencies of Pb and Zn ions was studied. At the same time, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy-Dispersive Speclrometry (EDS) were employed to analyze the mechanisms of iron-carbon surface reaction, and the character of flocculating body. The results showed that under the optimum conditions (the initial pH was 3, the mass ratio of iron and carbon was 2:1, the hydraulic retention time was 40 rain, the pH of flocculation was 9, and the aeration time of flocculation was 90 min), the removal rate of Pb^2+, Cu^2+, Zn^2+ Cd^2+, F^- and As in waste water was 99.91%, 97.64%, 99.83%, 99.78%, 98.30% and 98.92%, respectively. And the effluent reached the primary standard in GB 8978-- 1996 in China.
