摘 要:针对污水厂原有一期工艺运行中存在的问题进行了详细的分析,二期扩建工艺设计中做了针对性的改进,如主体构筑物的扩容、新增预缺氧池、新增除磷池、厌氧池改为底部多点进水、增大回流比、优化设备选型与安装等。通过对比分析一期、二期运行期间出水水质、单位电耗、药耗,结果表明,二期系统对COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP去除率与一期相比分别提高6.85、8.27、14.88、8.34个百分点,单位污水产泥量下降14.89%,出水各指标处理效果明显提高,抗冲击能力增强;并且二期工艺运行具有较大的节能降耗的空间,达到了提升功能的效果。The problems existing in the original process of the wastewater treatment plant was analyzed to improve the design of second phase expansion process because of those problems, such as expanding the effective volume of main structure, building new preliminary anaerobic pool, adding phosphorus removal pool, changing the influent mode of anaerobic pool to multiple water inlets at the bottom, optimizing the equipment selection and installation and etc. Through the comparative analysis of effluent quality and unit power and drug consumption of contrast runtime of the first and second phase, the result shows that: COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP removal rate of the second phase system is increased by 6.85, 8.27, 14.88, 8.34 percentage points compared with the first phase, and the volume of sludge generated by unit sewage decreased by 14.89%, the treatment effect is obviously improved, the impact-resistant ability is improved at the same time, and the operation of second phase system has a large vacancy of energy saving and drug consumption reduction, the second phase system has achieved the targeted effect.
