摘  要:基于参数优化理论,对钹型阵列式压电俘能器进行结构参数的优化设计。首先确定钹型堆叠阵列的结构形式并建立其参数化有限元模型,选择结构参数作为设计变量,并以压电陶瓷电极面上产生的电压作为目标函数。然后采用ANSYS优化设计模块中的子问题近似法,利用ANSYS的参数化语言APDL编程以实现对模型的结构优化。最后根据优化结果制作了钹型阵列式压电俘能器。实验结果表明:在外部激励不变的情况下,优化后压电俘能器产生的电压幅值提高了87%。The optimum design of a cymbal stack piezoelectric harvester (CSPH) was presented using FEM parametric optimum. Firstly, the parameterized FEM model of the cymbal stack trans- ducer was created on the basis of the initial configuration. The structural parameters were chosen as the design variables and the induced voltage on the electrode surface was taken as the objective func- tions. Secondly, the sub--problem approximation method was chosen as the basic tool of the struc- tural updating. Then the structural optimization scheme of the piezoelectric harvester was carried out based on ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). Finally, a prototype CSPH was fabricated ac- cording to the optimum design results. The experimental results show that, the CSPH generated voltage amplitude is increased by 87% after optimization.
