摘 要:针对截割部行星架载荷难以实测及多轴疲劳分析困难等问题,提出了多款软件联合进行疲劳寿命仿真的方法。利用Pro/E、ADAMS、ANSYS软件,建立了采煤机截割部行星轮机构的刚柔耦合模型。在ADAMS中进行虚拟样机试验,获得柔性行星架的载荷谱。用ANSYS/FE-SAFE对多载荷作用下的行星架进行疲劳寿命分析,得到行星架疲劳寿命及疲劳寿命云图。计算结果表明,该方法能够对行星架进行有效的寿命预测,为行星架可靠性研究提供参考。Due to hard to measure the loads on the planet carrier of the cutting unit in the shear and to analyze multi-shaft fatigue, a method of simulating the fatigue lifespan based on various software was put forward. Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS were applied to build the rigid-flexible coupled model of the planetary system of the cutting unit in the shear. The virtual prototype test was conducted in ADAMS, and the load spectra of the flexible planet carrier were obtained. ANSYS/FE-SAFE was applied to analyze the fatigue lifespan of the planet carrier in multi-load mode, and the fatigue lifespan of the planet carrier and its contours were obtained. Calculation results showed that the method could effectively predict the lifespan of the planet carrier, and could be regarded as the reference for the reliability study of the planet cartier.
