摘 要:根据姚桥矿7717综采工作面材料道为全煤巷道,单轨吊辅助运输选用长2.4m锚杆悬吊,锚杆受施工条件限制,其长度不足以穿过煤层锚固到上部质地坚硬的围岩,特别对于煤层顶板破碎发育的巷道区段,锚杆难以承受单轨吊荷载,运输安全性无法保障这一工程现状,基于原悬吊方案进行改进,提出运用接长锚杆解决巷道围岩破碎区段单轨吊悬吊技术难题。接长锚杆实验室抗拉测试及现场拉拔测试结果表明,其强度能够满足悬吊单轨吊的要求。在悬吊单轨吊工业性试验中提出具体的安装措施,应用实践获得成功。Since the material laneway of fully-mechanized working face 7717 is full-coal laneway, 2.4 m anchor was taken to suspend auxiliary transportation monorail. Within limitation of construction conditions, the anchorlength was too short to cross the coal seam, which led to failure of anchoring to the hard rocks in the upper. In the laneways involving brol^en roof of coal seam, the anchor could not support the monorail load, so that the safe conveyance could not be guaranteed. Therefore, the original suspension scheme was improved, and the eiking anchor was proposed to fulfill the construction of suspended monorail in the broken-rocked segment of the laneway. The lab tensile test results and the field pulling tests result showed that the eiking anchor had enough strength to satisfy the requirements of the suspended monorail. In addition, specific installation measures were offered for industrial test of the suspended monorail, thus the practical application achieved success.
