摘  要:对开滦集团5座选煤厂重介质旋流器系统进行考查,通过综合对比各选煤厂的数据,对各因素影响分选效果进行灰色关联分析。选择旋流器直径、长度、溢流口直径这3个设备结构参数和入介压力、实际干物料处理量、悬浮液体积浓度这3个操作参数,以及可选性这个煤质条件作为影响分选效果的因素,通过关联程度分析可知,与可能偏差关联度最大的是旋流器长度,与精煤错配物关联度最大的是悬浮液体积浓度,与数量效率关联度最大的是旋流器直径。After studying the dense-medium cyclone system in five coal washery plants of Kailuan Group and contrasting the data of five plants comprehensively, the paper analyzed the factors affecting the separation effects by using grey correlation analysis. It chose three structural parameters such as the cyclone diameter, length and the diameter of overflow mouth, three operational parameters such as the pressure of dense rnedium, throughput of actual dry material, volume concentration of suspension liquid as well as the coal washability as the factors affecting the separation effects. Through the correlation degree analysis, it was concluded that the most relevant factor was the cyclone length for probable deviation, the most relevant factor was the volume concentration of suspension liquid for mismatching of clean coal, and the most relevant factor was the cyclone diameter for quantity efficiency.
