摘 要:云南某铜砷矿主要有价矿物为黄铜矿、毒砂,脉石矿物主要为石英、长石、角闪石等。采用"优先选铜—活化选砷"的工艺流程,使用高选择性辅助捕收剂PZO与丁黄药组合,在给矿w(Cu)=0.59%、w(As)=3.61%的情况下,可获得铜精矿含砷0.28%,Cu品位为19.16%,Cu回收率为89.58%;砷精矿As品位为34.47%,As回收率为92.45%的技术指标。A copper-arsenic ore from Yunnan province contained valuable mineral of chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite as well as gangue mineral of quartz, feldspar and hornblende. The benefieiation process involving activated arsenopyrite flotation after chaleopyrite flotation was applied, and high selectivity collector PZO combined with butyl xanthate was used. At feeding status of w(Cu)=0.59% and w(As)=3.61%, the copper concentrate with arsenic grade of 0.28%, copper grade of 19.16% and copper recovery rate of 89.58% was obtained, and arsenic concentrate with arsenic grade of 34.47% and arsenic recovery rate of 92.45% was obtained also.
