摘　　要：社会融合作为社会发展的重要目标之一,是实现城乡基层稳定的有力保障,也是促进社会经济发展的核心基础。社区作为正式制度与非正式制度交接的转换区域,是流动人口社会融入的社会化组织载体,也是突破旧的制度隔离逐步实现社会融入的重要行动机制。本项研究基于中国市场经济开拓者和农村改革实验区温州的实地调查,从经济、社会、制度和文化四个方面分析了社会流动背景下的温州社区融入度,指出制度壁垒与利益矛盾是影响当前社会融合状况的主要因素,并构建了以制度公平与事实平等为二维视角的社会融合四象限模型,由此构成了社会融合的理论逻辑探索,并针对当前的融合状态提出了具体的对策建议。Social integration as one of the important goals of social development,it's the effective protection to promote the stable of urban and rural grassroots,also,the core foundation to promote the development of social and economic,it's rooted in the social life.Community as a handover transition region between formal system and informal system,it is the social organization carrier to promote social integration of migrants,the important mechanism to break the old system isolation and realize social integration.This study based on the survey of Wenzhou,one field that the pioneer of market economy of China and the experimental zone on rural reformation,we analyze the level of community integration under the background of social mobility of Wenzhou from four aspects,includes economic,social,institutional and cultural.This study points out that the institutional barriers and interest conflicts is the main factors to affect current social integration,and builds a four-quadrant model of social integration based on two-dimensional view of system fair and fact equality,which constituted the exploration of theoretical logic about social integration,we put forward concrete measures for the current condition of integration.
