摘  要:以市售甘草酸二铵胶囊为参比制剂,考察了自制甘草酸二铵泡腾颗粒在兔体内的相对生物利用度。6只家兔自身交叉对照,分别单剂量灌胃给予甘草酸二铵泡腾颗粒或市售胶囊各150 mg,以氯霉素为内标,采用高效液相色谱法测定兔血浆中的甘草酸二铵。结果 tmax均为2.0 h,cmax为13.6和9.2 g/ml,AUC0→t为103.8和68.4 g.h.ml-1,AUC0→∞为115.8和77.9 g.h.ml-1。数据经t检验分析,结果显示二制剂tmax无显著性差异;cmax、AUC0→t和AUC0→∞均有显著性差异。泡腾颗粒相对生物利用度为153.7%。The relative bioavailability of diammonium glycyrrhizinate effervescent granules (T) in rabbits was investigated with the commercial capsules (R) as the reference preparation. The T and R preparations were ig administrated to six rabbits, with a single dose of 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate in selfcrossover study. The plasma concentration of diammonium glycyrrhizinate was determined by HPLC with chloramphenicol as the internal standard. The pharmacokinetic parameters of T and R preparations were as follows: tmax 2.0 h for both preparations, Cmax 13.6 and 9.2 μg/ml, AUC0→t, 103.8 and 68.4 μg-h.ml-1, AUC0→∞115.8 and 77.9μg.h.ml-1. The results were analyzed by t test and showed that there was no significant difference in tmax between T and R, while there was a significant difference in Cmax and AUC. The relative bioavailability of T was 153.7 %.
