摘  要:建立了参芎葡萄糖注射液的超快速液相色谱指纹图谱。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm。17批参芎葡萄糖注射液样品的指纹图谱中确定了10个共有峰。通过与对照品比对,确认其中的7个特征峰分别为丹参素、盐酸川芎嗪、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸D、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸A。17批参芎葡萄糖注射液指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.98,且制剂与药材、半成品的指纹图谱有良好的相关性。The fingerprint of Shenxiong glucose injection was established by UFLC. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05 % phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. Ten common peaks were defined in different fingerprints and seven characteristic peaks were identified as tanshinol, tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid D, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A. Under the same selected chromatographic conditions, the fingerprints of raw drugs, the intermediates and products were obtained with good separation and correlation. The similarity analysis of 17 batches of Shenxiong glucose injection were over 0.98.
