摘 要:喷气涡流纺是利用高速旋转气流在涡流管中对纤维加捻而使其成纱,为了研究涡流管喷孔参数对纺纱的影响,对涡流管的喷孔参数(喷孔孔径、喷孔角度和喷孔个数)进行探讨,选择2种喷孔直径(0.5、0.6 mm),并在这2种直径下选择7种喷孔角度(30.0°、32.5°、35.0°、37.5°、40.0°、45.0°、50.0°)、3种喷孔个数(4、5、6),以粘胶为原料在喷气涡流纺纱小样机上进行纺纱实验,结果表明:当喷孔角度为45.0°,喷孔直径为0.5 mm,喷孔数目为4时,成纱质量好且能耗小。It is well known that jet vortex spinning is to form yarns employing high speed air vortex in vortex tube to entangle the fibers. In order to study the influence of the vortex tube's jet orifice parameters on the spinning, the vortex tube's jet orifice parameters (jet orifice diameter, jet orifice obliquity and jet orifice number) were discussed. The two jet orifice diameters (0.5, 0.6 mm) were chosen, and seven jet orifice obliquities (30.0°, 32.5°, 35.0°, 37.5°, 40.0°, 45.0° and 50.0°) and three jet orifice numbers (4, 5 and 6) were selected based on the above two diameters, and with viscose as raw material, jet vortex spinning experiments were performed on a small sample machine. The experimental results indicate that: the quality of the formed yarn is good and the energy consumption is less under the conditions : jet orifice obliquity of 45.0° , jet orifice diameter of 0.5 mm and jet orifice number of 4.
