摘 要:为开发新一代的抑菌生物医用材料,采用壳聚糖、粘胶纤维混合制备新型水刺非织造布。对不同面密度、不同配比的壳聚糖/粘胶水刺非织造布的力学性能、柔软性、吸水性、透气透湿性和抑菌性能进行对比分析。结果表明:壳聚糖/粘胶水刺非织造布具有良好的生物医用性能,其断裂强力随着面密度的增加而增加,柔软性、吸水透气性却呈下降趋势;壳聚糖纤维含量较多的水刺非织造布柔软性好,吸水透气佳,抑菌效果显著,但强力却有所下降。To develop a new generation of antibacterial biomedical material, a novel spun-laced nonwoven fabric was prepared from chitosan and viscose fiber mixture. A comparative analysis was conducted of the spun-laced nonwoven fabrics with different areal densities and proportions with respect to the mechanical properties, soft, absorbent, breathable and antibacterial properties. It shows that the chitosan/viscose spunlaced nonwoven has a good biomedical performance, and its breaking strength increases with the increase of areal density, while softness, absorbency and air permeability exhibit downward trend; at the same time, the spun-laced nonwoven with greater content of chitosan fiber has better softness, good absorbency, air permeability and significantly improved antibacterial effect, but the strength slightly declines.
