摘 要:介绍环锭纺纱的质量检测技术发展现状。按原棉、半制品和成纱3种状态分析了离线检测技术与仪器的状况,提出离线检测技术发展方向为仪器化、自动化、高速化和差异化。以自调匀整、异纤检测和电子清纱为例,讨论了在线检测技术的发展情况,认为在线检测技术的发展以全程化、信息化和系统化为特征,将覆盖包括轧棉在内的纺纱全流程。指出通过离线和在线检测技术的有机结合,开发和利用各类专家系统,将使环锭纺纱全过程得到监控,从而进一步提高环锭纱的质量和稳定性。This paper introduces the current status and development trend of quality inspection technique of ring spun yarns, including the off-llne detection techniques and related instruments for raw cotton, semi-product and yarn. It points out that the development for off-line detection trends towards instrumentation, automatization, high-speeding and differentiation. A discussion about the developing state of on-line quality inspection is made by taking auto-leveling, foreign fiber detection and electronic clearing as examples, considering that it is characterized by the full range, information technology and systematization, covering the entire yarn-spinning process including ginning. The means of combining on- line and off-line detections and developing and utilizing various expert systems will make it possible to monitor the entire ring spinning process, there by further improving the quality and stability of ring spun yarns.
