摘 要:通过对比几种含氧混合燃油和柴油的理化性质,并在高压共轨试验台上进行试验研究,总结出一种新的能够精确测量油嘴流量系数的方法,使用这种方法计算了不同喷油压力下几种燃料的流量系数,并对其流通性能进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在喷油压力不高时,甲醇柴油的流通性能最好,柴油次之,生物柴油最差;当喷油压力较高时,可能由于流通通道内的气穴等问题而造成偏差。同时引入了等喷油量概念,绘制了不同混合燃油的等喷油量曲线,为喷油系统标定提供了试验基础。Compared physical and chemical properties of these oxygenated blended fuels with the pure diesel and investigated them in a high pressure common rail system test bench, a new method able to measure nozzle discharge coefficient accurately was proposed. Based on it, the discharge coefficients under different injection pressure for several fuels were calculated to examine the flow capacity. Test results show that in moderate injection pressure the flow capacity for methanol diesel is the best, and for the pistache seed biodiesel the worst,while in high injection pressure,the result is liable to be erratic due to cavitation in the nozzle fuel passage. A equal-delivery concept was proposed and equal-delivery curves for variant blended fuels were given,thus laying a foundation for future calibration test of fuel injection system .
