摘  要:针对实际使用中多楔带的疲劳损伤情况,分析了环境温度、带轮直径和安装张力对多楔带寿命的影响,设计了相应的方案进行试验验证,并经统计试验数据后制定了多楔带疲劳寿命指标标准。分析了机械式自动张紧器的静态扭矩特性、动态扭矩特性,提出评价其动态扭矩特性的指标参数———平均阻尼率;对静态和动态特性进行试验验证,规定了平均阻尼率的限值为20%~60%。为了评价其耐久性,自主研制出一套高温耐污试验规范,制定了张紧器耐久性指标标准。依据上述试验结果,进一步由此制定了多楔带和自动张紧器的技术条件和检验标准。研究结果表明:该标准适用于零部件的型式检验、出厂检验和抽样检验,具有较高的代表性和可行性。Examined actual poly V-belt fatigue damage examples in use and impact of environment temperature, pulley diameter and installation tension on its life, on the basis of special scheme verification and statistic treatment of test data, a standard of poly V-belt fatigue life index was proposed. For mechanical automatic tensioner, its static and dynamic torque characteristics were analyzed, and the average damping rate, a index assessing its dynamic torque characteristics, was introduced and specified its proper limits of 20% ~ 60%. A set of high-temperature contamination-tolerance test specifications was independently developed to evaluate the tentioner durability and work out its durability index standard. At last, A Set of Technical Requirements and Acceeptance Standards of the V-Belt and the Automatic Tensioner are completed and proved to be feasible in actual use.
