广东省科技中介服务业发展战略探讨——基于“加快转型升级”的视角

摘　　要：分析广东省经济结构和科技中介服务业的现状及存在的问题,认为长期制约广东省科技中介服务业发展的主要因素是:科技中介服务业的人才队伍建设滞后、服务意识不强,科技中介服务机构区域分布不均。从"加快转型升级"的角度,发展科技中介服务业的必要性在于:一是完善科技创新体系的需要;二是构建现代产业体系的重点内容之一。最后,提出广东省科技中介服务业的发展战略。First, the status and problems of economic structure and science ＆ technology intermediaries in Guangdong province are analyzed. The paper points out that the lagging behind of talent team construction, the lacking of awareness of service, and the uneven distribution of science ＆ technology intermediaries agency are the main factors that have long hin- dered the development of Guangdong Province＇ s science ＆ technology intermediaries. Then, from the view of ＂accelerating the process of transformation ＆ upgrading＂, the necessity for the development of science ＆ technology intermediaries is raised as follows ： it＇ s the necessity to improve the scientific ＆ technological innovation system ; and it＇ s one of the key ele- ments to build a modern industrial system. Finally, some development strategies for science ＆ technology intermediaries in Guangdong province are put forward.
