摘　　要：历史文化资源是静态的,历史文化资源优势只有转化为产业优势,才能创造经济效益。河北拥有的丰富的文化资源、鲜明独特的地理区域特色,是河北文化产业化发展的基础和优势。目前河北历史文化资源优势向产业优势的转化还处于起步阶段,存在观念、体制、品牌研发、人才、大规模文化产业集群等问题。针对河北历史文化资源优势及其开发现状,发现存在问题与不足,提出有操作性的开发对策和发展思路。Historical and cultural resources are static. 0nly transferring historical and cultural advantages into industrial advantages, can it create economic benefits. Hebei has splendid cultural resources, and unique geographical features, which are the basis for the development of cultural industrialization. At present, the transformation of cultural resource in Hebei is at its beginning stage. There are some problems in ideas, systems, research and development of brand, talents, and cultural industrial clusters in large scale. This paper will put forward some feasible suggestions on the existing prob- lems based on the characteristics of cultural resource in Hebei.
