摘 要:以创新型企业在突破产业演进特殊阶段的产业升级瓶颈作为切入点,通过多案例手段研究创新型企业引领产业升级的过程,归纳创新驱动机制形成与演化的一般规律。研究表明:企业家精神、组织学习、网络能力是驱动创新型企业持续创新及成长的根本要素;三种驱动要素在相互作用中各自演化出新特征实现相应产业升级瓶颈的突破:企业家精神延伸到整个产业,通过重构现有产业链价值增值模式突破"传统产业升级"瓶颈;通过技术集成后的产品终端加强相关产业的联系形成产业网络,突破"低产业化"的产业升级瓶颈;组织学习扩展到产业集群层面,能够突破"大而不强"的产业升级瓶颈。This paper takes industry upgrading bottleneck of innovative enterprise evolution stage as the breakthrough, studies the process of innovative industrial upgrade through multiple cases, and summarizes innovation driving mechanism of formation and evolution. Research shows that: entrepreneurship, organizational learning, network capacity is the fundamental driving power of sustainable innovation and development of innovative enterprise; three kinds of driving factors in the interaction between the evolution of new features to break through the bottleneck of the industry upgrade: entrepreneurship extends to the entire industry, to break through the existing industrial chain reconstruction value-added model of "traditional industries upgrade" bottleneck; to strengthen industry contacts formed industrial network through product terminal technology integration, to break through the "bottleneck of low industrialization of" industry; organizational learning is extended to the cluster level, and to break through the bottleneck of "big but not strong" industry.
