摘 要:由于汞对CO2压缩设备的腐蚀,富氧条件下烟气中汞的控制标准要比传统空气条件下更为严格,文中从活性炭喷入技术入手,结合O2/CO2燃烧烟气成分,在实验室规模的小型实验台架上研究了高浓度CO2、SO2和H2O对活性炭吸附汞的影响,结果表明,O2/CO2燃烧方式下,高浓度CO2对活性炭吸附汞并未造成影响,而高浓度SO2和H2O则极大地抑制了活性炭对汞的吸附,高浓度SO2对该商业活性炭吸附汞的抑制作用要比H2O强。并且O2和H2O的加入对低浓度SO2和高浓度SO2抑制活性炭吸附汞的影响也不相同。To prevent the corrosion of CO2-compression equipment by mercury in oxy-coal combustion, mercury control standard for oxy-coal combustion is stricter than that in air-coal combustion. In order to research the impact of high concentration of CO2, SO2 and H20 on mercury removal by activated carbon in oxy-coal combustion, a laboratory scale experiment was carried out with commercial activated carbon. The results indicate that high concentration of CO2 doesn't have any impact on mercury removal by activated carbon, but high concentration of SO2 and H20 greatly inhibit mercury removal by activated carbon. And the inhibition by high concentration of SO2 is stronger than that by high concentration of H20. Additionally, the influence of addition of 02 and H20 changes with the concentration of SO2.
