摘 要:针对多方参与决策且指标集有差异的群体决策问题,提出一种基于模糊软集理论的方案排序方法.依据各方决策者所考虑的指标参数和打分值信息给出多方决策信息的模糊软集表示方法,并利用模糊软集的且运算得到综合各方决策者所考虑指标参数的新模糊软集及其隶属度矩阵;然后在考虑指标权重的前提下构建关于方案的加权比较矩阵,进而通过计算得出的各方案优势度确定方案的排序结果;最后,通过一个算例表明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.@@@@A method for ranking alternatives based on the fuzzy soft set theory is proposed to solve multi-person decision-making problems with difference of index sets. According to the parameters considered by decision makers and scores given by decision makers, the fuzzy soft sets of multi-person decision information are constructed. Then new fuzzy soft sets integrating with index parameters considered by decision makers can be obtained by “AND” operation, meanwhile new membership matrix can be constructed. Furthermore, the weighted comparison matrix between alternatives is established by considering index weight. By this way, the dominance degree of alternatives can be calculated, and all the alternatives are ranked according to the total dominance degree. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
