摘　　要：文章以文献数据库收集的31篇互联网群体协作的英文文献为主要样本集,用内容分析法提取描述互联网群体协作概念的关键词,映射于IPO过程模型的9个方面,得到该概念完整的特征描述,总结出较为全面的定义。通过与14个相近概念进行比较,明确概念之间的特征,典型案例被映射于过程模型以突出概念的特性和包容性。基于互联网群体协作的新特点进行了理论展望。Taking the 31 English literatures collaborated on by Internet mass and collected by the document database as the main sample set,this article uses the content analysis method to extract the keywords describing the concept of Internet mass collaboration,maps them into 9 aspects in the IPO model,obtains the whole characteristic description of the concept,and summarizes the relatively comprehensive definition.By comparing with 14 similar concepts,the article clarifies the characteristics between concepts.The typical cases are mapped in the process model to highlight the characteristics and inclusiveness of the concepts.Finally,the article gives a theoretical prediction of the new characteristics based on Internet mass collaboration.
