摘  要:研究了从低品位难选钼矿石中回收钼。试验结果表明:对于钼品位为0.093%的矿石用硫酸浸出,添加锰银矿作氧化剂,在温度95℃、浸出时间4h、液固体积质量比3∶1、矿石细度-200目占71%、硫酸浓度8mol/L、锰银矿用量0.064条件下,钼浸出率达93%,同时得到副产品MnSO4;浸出液用20%三辛胺三癸胺混合物-10%十三醇-煤油溶液经4级逆流萃取,然后用3mol/L NH4OH溶液3级逆流反萃取,反萃取液蒸发后获得较纯的仲钼酸铵溶液。Recovery of molybdenum from low-grade refractory molybdenum ore has been studied. The test results showed that for a grade of 0. 093% molybdenum ore, using sulfuric acid as leaching agent, manganese-silver mineral as oxidant, at the conditions of leaching temperature of 95 ℃, leaching time of 4 h, liquid-solid ratio of 3 : 1, ore fineness of --200 mesh accounting 71%, sulfate concentration of 8 mol/L and amount of manganese-silver of 0. 064, molybdenum leaching rate was 93 %, by-product MnSO4 was obtained at the same time. Molybdenum in leaching solution was extracted by 4-stage countercurrent extraction with 20% trioctylamine tridecylamine mixture-10% tridecanol-kerosene solution, and 3-stage countercurrent back extraction with NH4OH solution of 3 mol/L. The back extraction solution was evaporated to obtain pure ammonium paramolybdate solution.
