摘  要:针对大载荷大变形发动机动特性获取问题,设计冷摆和牵引释放两种试验方法,采用PolyMAX运行模态识别方法,获取其频率、阻尼比和振型。对比小激励力下模态试验结果,分析指出大载荷大变形下发动机频率比小激励下的低、阻尼比比小激励下的大。获取发动机大载荷大变形动特性时,建议采用更接近真实情况的冷摆或牵引释放试验结果。Aiming at the obtaining of dynamic characteristic of engines with large load and large deformation, two dynamic test methods, cold rotary test and drawn-release test, were designed in this paper to get the frequency, damping ratio and mode shape, using the operating modal identification method of PolyMAX. Compared to the result of modal tests with small excitation, the frequency of engines with large load and large deformation is lower, and the damping ratio is higher. This paper suggests that dynamic characteristic of engines with large load and large deformation can be obtained through cold rotary or drawn-release experiment.
