放疗科住院患者跌倒的原因及护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析跌倒的主要原因,完善规章制度,加强各种护理对策。结果实施多种干预措施后,提高了护理人员和患者安全防范意识,有效降低了住院患者跌倒危险因素,减少了患者的医疗费用,减轻了患者的痛苦。2012年8月-2013年1月,放疗科收治981例病人,无一例跌倒,跌倒率为0%。多种护理对策保证了病人安全,提高了患者满意度。Objective To analyze the main cause of patient fall, improve regulatory mechanism and strengthen corresponding nursing strategies. Results The implementation of diverse interventional measures improved the safety awareness of both nursing staffs and patients, effectively reduced risk factors, cut down medical expenses and alleviated patients＇ pain. Zero falling rate was achieved among 981 patients that were hospitalized in the Department of Radiotherapy from August 2012 to January 2013. These nursing strategies successfully ensured patient safety and improved their satisfaction.
